Ms. Linn Rönne-Petersén
Linn Rönne-Petersen – Licensed Nurse, Certified Nutritionist, Master of Public Health, PhD-student
Linn Rönne-Petersen is a spiritually-oriented nurse with a background in nutritional medicine and the military, holding a Master’s degree in Public Health and currently pursuing doctoral studies at the prestigious Karolinska Institute. She is an active member of the Integrative Care research group, where her dissertation explores the intricate connections between chronic pain, spiritual well-being, and DNA-stability. Looking at both cell and spirit, Linn hopes to bridge a gap in the current treatment of long-term pain. In addition to her research, Linn is an educator and lecturer at Karolinska Institutet, sharing her insights on integrative health practices.
With clinical experience across multiple disciplines, Linn’s primary focus has been integrative care. She played a key role as a member of the management team at Vidarkliniken, the only integrative hospital in the Nordic region. Her commitment to sustainability is rooted in the belief that true health and well-being stem from inner sustainability – spiritual balance and alignment. Linn advocates for the transformative power of spiritual health—seeing it as a vital pathway to improved health at the individual, collective, and societal levels. And integrative care as a way to foster that connection. Her Master’s thesis as well as voluntary engagements have delved into various aspects of spiritual health, underscoring her conviction that true sustainability begins from within.
Linn is currently collaborating with a colleague as an editor for an upcoming Swedish anthology focused on integrative care, further contributing to the growing dialogue around holistic health practices.
